Men's Ministry

R.A.M. is an acronym for Responsible Apostolic Men. The Ram is a sure footed, strong and powerful animal. The ram, as the icon of this men's group, depicts the strength we have in Christ and is a reminder that our faith is founded on the rock Christ Jesus. 

The men of Calvary Tabernacle meet once a month on the 3rd Thursday of each month all across Hillsborough County for dinner and fellowship. This is a great time to bring a guest and introduce them to other men who love doing the work of God. There are no pre-assigned programs or plans set for these dinners. We talk about all kinds of things like our jobs, our children, sports and a host of other topics. We look for opportunities for true ministry like the example in James 1:27 "...to visit and help and care for the orphans and widows in their affliction and need." There is no better feeling than to be able to help someone knowing there is nothing they can do to reciprocate.
